Today was truly the beginning of an amazing year! I strongly believe that this year is going to change my life, big things are going to happen, and I am really going to learn and understand who I am and what I am meant to be.
In the past week I have been reading my horoscope in a variety of different places. There seems to be a common thread going through each one. It’s almost scary how accurate they are.
"I'm going to be me, without fear or apology!"
This was one of the mantras suggested for my sign taurus. Some of them have also said that this will be a big year for my career, that I will work hard and it won’t go unnoticed. I am excited for this year and what it has to offer!
Now is the perfect time to share my goals and plans for 2012! The best way to follow through with your goals is make yourself accountable. Tell people what you want to achieve and request the help of your family and friends. This year is your year to reach whatever goals you set! What do you want to change this year? Learn to cook

The next thing to do is create a plan of action to help you reach those goals, and set smaller ones to use as stepping stones along the way. My plan of action will involve creating a new workout play list to keep my intensity up in my workouts and runs, working out with friends and creating a workout plan to keep myself on track and motivated, researching recipes to try - cook with friends and swap dishes for the week, and create a budget and stick to it.
